Manufacturing

We are a complete vertical unit, having 25 different Knitting machines, a state of the art dyeing house having dyeing capacity of 15 Ton in day. We have over 800 stitching machines unit equipped with modern technology of Auto cutter and GGT Plotter machine and have various kinds of Embroidery machines

Sadaqat Corporation (Pvt) Ltd. has in house Knitting Department which contains various kind of Knitting Machines as Flat Back knitting Machines, Twill Tape, Draw Card, Rib and Circular Knitting machines with different production capacity as under: Circular Knitting machines: 30.

Knitting

Sadaqat Corporation (Pvt) Ltd. has a well-resourced inhouse dyeing facility which comprises of different dyeing and finishing machines having collective production capacity of 15,000 kg per day.

Dyeing

Our finishing department comprises of Slit, Squizer, Hydro Extractor, Dryer, Stanter, Tumble, Raising, Sueding, Tubular Compactor and Open Width Compactor finishing machines. Automatic hydroextractors and slitters for the removal of moisture from dyed fabric.

Finishing

Our printing research and development team try their level best to bring customer’s dreams into Reality.Embellishment adds value to the garment. We have our own screen printing machines and tables complete print set up.

Printing

We have different cutting machines, like latest Gerber Technology (CAD/CAM system for pattern designing and grading) and recently installed Italian branded IMA Auto Cutter complete setup (Its auto lay marking and plotting is state of the art, which helps us to reduce fabric wastage.

Cutting

Sadaqat Corporation (Pvt) Ltd. has a purposeful state of the art stitching building which comprises of 4 floors with over all capacity of 800-900 stitching Machines. Currently we have around 800 different stitching machines operational /in working having capacity of 30,000 to 35,000 pcs per day.
